Song Notes: This is from 6 1/2, which is the Jon Auer covers EP. I almost chose his version of "Baby Bitch" by Ween, which he does very well, but at the last second, decided to go with Madonna's "Beautiful Stranger". Speaking of her, I am loathe to admit it, but the stuff from her most recent album, Confessions Of A Dance Floor Um Something A Rather I Don't Remember The Full Title And I'm Tired And Wanna Go To Bed that I've heard is really good. The new single, uh, Jump, I think, is pretty keen. I even liked the song that had the video with her humping a bunch of half naked dudes on a DDR machine. The video, not so much, just because, well, the whole "Slutty Grandma" thing doesn't quite work, but hey. The song was actually pretty good. But then, I dig that kind of dance pop music, so hooray!
