[edit] Band Biography
One of the most influential hardcore punk bands and the center of SST, Black Flag didn't have a gigantic discography, particularly considering all their personnel changes, but they released a fair amount and what they did put out was pretty important. They've influenced many different punk, hardcore and metal bands, and had members go off to be in many different other bands, including one early member who left to form The Circle Jerks. They broke up in 1986, but reunited in 2003 for some shows.
