Song Notes: The introduction to each episode of Blue Jam was always similar -- a two-part monologue, typically starting with the phrase "And when you....", then going on to describe a couple of surreal, nightmarish scenarios, ending in "Then welcome - (Different nonsense syllables/phrases each time) - welcome in BLUE JAM...blue jam... blue jam...... blue jam....", then the first sketch would start. These intros are really great, typically -- lots and lots of Chris Morris' brilliant wordplay, where he invents new phrases that are off-kilter, yet describe what he means perfectly.
