Cilla Black ( Liverpool , May 27 1943 ) is a British singer and television presenter . She is the only female representative of the Mersey Beat who gained international fame. She is best known for her hit Anyone Who Had a Heart , You're My World and You've Lost That Lovin 'Feelin' . In the 80's and 90 they presented the television shows Blind Date and Surprise, surprise for the British ITV .
