The song is mainly about the ' madness ' in the world that Ozzy is experiencing and the millions of people who live as enemies of each other.

In 1987, the song was also released as a single from the live Album "Randy Rhoads Tribute", following the tragic death of Randy Rhoads, exactly five years earlier in 1982. The b-side is the original version of the album Blizzard Of Ozz. [2]

Later, in 1997, the song was by the then neighbor of the Osbournes in Beverly Hills 90210, Pat Boonecovered on the album No More Mr. Nice Guy and the cover was later used as the opening tune and soundtrack for the popular reality show "The Osbournes".
