Biography[]

Sia Kate Isobelle Furler, better known mononymously as Sia, is an Australian downtempo, pop, and jazz singer and songwriter. In 2000, her single "Taken for Granted" was a top 10 hit in the United Kingdom. Her 2008 album Some People Have Real Problems peaked in the low 50s on the Billboard 200. At the ARIA Music Awards of 2009, she won the award for Best Music DVD and received six nominations at the ARIA Music Awards 2010 and won Best Independent Release and Best Pop Release for We Are Born and Best Video for the song "Clap Your Hands".

On July 4th 2014 Sia released the album 1000 Forms of Fear. The video for the single "Chandelier" was released on May 6, 2014 and was nominated for Video of the Year and Best Choreography at MTV's Video Music Awards. The video has racked up over 1.1 billion views as of February 2016 and has inspired dozens of parodies.

Sia recently released an ableist piece of garbage movie titled Music. After recent release, it has received loads of backlash, and Sia seems now to be cancelled. Sia casted Maddie Ziegler, a neurotypical girl to play Music. In the movie, Maddie seems to make facial expressions mocking autistics.
