Heroes is a song written by David Bowie and Brian Eno in 1977. The single is produced by David Bowie and Tony Visconti and sung by Bowie for his album "Heroes". The song is about two lovers who come together near the Berlin wall . The song originated in West Berlin as part of Bowie's Berlin trilogy and is one of the few internationally known pop music over the Berlin wall.

The song title is a reference to the song Hero from 1975 by the German band Neu!, that Bowie and Eno admired. During the album recording was one of the first recorded this song, but it remained instrumental until the end of the recordings.
