"Itchycoo Park"is a song by British rock band The Small Faces. It originally appeared on the American version of their second studio album, entitled There Are But Four Small Faces, and became in August 1967 by Immediate Records as single released. On the b-side was "I'm Only Dreaming". Both songs were written by Steve Marriottand Ronnie Lane, who also took care of the musical production.

Glyn Johns and George Chkiantz were responsible for the audio side. [1[2the song is characteristic of the phasing of Chkiantz introduced by Kenney Jones' drum party and Marriotts vocals. [1"Itchycoo Park"[3is a happy song in which Marriott sings about truancy and drug use: "You can miss out school, won't that be cool, why go to learn the words of fools? What will we do there? -We'll get high".

The Small Faces with this single reached the third place in the u.k chart. With a sixteenth place in the Billboard Hot 100 was the most successful Small Faces-song in the United States. At the reestablishment of the band in 1975, "Itchycoo Park" will be rereleased, with then "My Way or Giving" on the b side. [4]
