Jay-Z is both a reknowned rapper and entrepreneur, who is currently the head of Def Jam, and the founder of Roc-A-Fella. He retired from solo-albums with 2003's The Black Album (which became the center of controversy when DJ Danger Mouse remixed it with The White Album to create The Grey Album, which was sued out of existence by EMI over the Beatles samples). He continues to produce and collaborate, as well as run his various labels He recently returned to solo-albums with his comeback album Kingdom Come, released on November 21, 2006.
