Jet is a single by Paul McCartney & Wings. It was the second single taken from their album Band on the Run. One lived in the assumption that Jet was the name of aLabrador retriever by McCartney. McCartney himself denied that later in 2010, it was his pony. From the text itself is hardly to figure it out.

Sound Engineer Geoff Emerick reported that although the album Band on the Run entirely in Nigeria is included, this song in London came into being, after the recordings for the album were already completed. The choice for the b-side Mamuniainitially was, but after three weeks, who replaced by Let me roll it (both from the album).

The music group is called to this single Jet .
