Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi or better known as his stage name, Kid Cudi is an Alternative hip hop artist signed to Kanye West's label, GOOD Music. Not only is he an alternative hip hop singer, but he is also a guitarist and actor. In 2009, for a short period of time, Kid Cudi had a record label called Dream On, but it dissolved due to differences. However, In April 2011, Kid Cudi announced during a concert that he is launching a recording label called Wicked Awesome.

In Late 2011, Kid Cudi formed a pop rock band called WZRD with his friend, Dot Da Genius.
