Klaatu was a Canadian progressive rock band from the 1970s, named after the eponymous alien creature from the movie The Day The Earth Stood Still. The band scored several hits, including "California Jam" (1974), "Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft" (1977), "A Routine Day" (1979) and "Knee Deep In Love" (1980).

Composition[Edit]Edit

Klaatu consisted of the following musicians:

  • John Woloschuk
  • Dee Long
  • Terry Draper

About the band was for a long time thought that the Beatles were those under a pseudonym plates create remained. This rumor was enhanced in that no information can be found on the albums was on the composition of the band and the band members.
