Your Subculture Soundtrack is a music wiki devoted to creating the definite music encyclopedia which includes aspects of all music topics. The best part is that anyone can edit here!

"How can I help out?"
Well, there are a few ways
  • If you are new to wikis, you may want to read the tutorial on the Central Wikia.
  • A list of all help pages can be found in Category:Help.
Adding content
  • Use our new easy to use CreatePage tool, simply type, and the save the page.
  • If your not sure where to start out, try improving various Stub articles by expanding them.
  • Check out various artist pages and fill in the "Recommended If You Like" (RIYL) list.
  • Create an article for an Artist Requests that has been made
  • Upload images for Artists or Albums - See Special:Upload, but don't forget to add fair-use policy information
  • Categorizes articles, and apply templates to pages if needed - See Category:Templates

Aesop Rock (born Ian Bavitz on May 11, 1976) is an American hip-hop artist. Emerging at the forefront during the new wave of the late 1990s/2000s. Aesop initially recorded and released two self-financed records, Music for Earthworms (1997) and the Appleseed EP (1999). Aesop released his first major album, Float (2000), on the Mush label. Shortly after this, Aesop Rock signed to Definitive Jux, where he released Labor Days. (more...)

You may have noticed that the wiki's appearance has changed, with advertisments placed at the top of articles. This was not our decision but Wikia's, our host. Please leave your comments on this change and any problems with adverts on articles on the Wikia's New Style forum page.

Are You Experienced... ...Enough to edit the Jimi Hendrix wiki. The Jimi Hendrix wiki is really starting to take off and has a skin even Hendrix himself would be proud of, if you think you could help out head over there now!
