Your Subculture Soundtrack is a music wiki devoted to creating the definitive music encyclopedia which includes aspects of all music topics. The best part is that anyone can edit here!

"How can I help out?"
Well, there are a few ways
  • If you are new to wikis, you may want to read the tutorial on the Central Wikia.
  • A list of all help pages can be found in Category:Help.
Adding content
  • Use our new easy to use Create and article page, simply type, and the save the page.
  • If your not sure where to start out, try improving various Stub articles by expanding them.
  • Check out various artist pages and fill in the "Recommended If You Like" (RIYL) list.
  • Create an article for an Artist Requests that has been made
  • Upload images for Artists or Albums - See Special:Upload, but don't forget to add fair-use policy information
  • Categorizes articles, and apply templates to pages if needed - See Category:Templates

The Residents in their iconic "eyeball" masks

The world's most famous unknown band, the Residents are believe to be originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. In the late 1960s moved to San Mateo, San Francisco. They've been putting out records for over 33 years, and are continuing on to this day. It is rumoured that the Residents will never die unless they break up. Perhaps the Residents will always exist, in some form. (more)

Hi, just thought I would post an update to everyone out there. We are currently working on everything on our reorganisation page (our to-do list) and bulking up some Stub articles. Please help out with any of these, otherwise continue to write away about your favourite music!
