"Master Blaster (Jammin')"is a single by Stevie Wonder. The song first appeared in 1980, on the album Hotter than July. In the Netherlands was released as a single byMotown. [1]

It is a funknumber with strong influences from reggae. It was written as a tribute to Bob Marley. [2In 1975 joined Wonder with The Wailers on in Jamaica. Marley kept twice for the US tour in the autumn of 1980 held that Wonder. [3"Master Blaster (Jammin')" was the first single from Hotter than July and was a big hit. It was seven weeks long on the first place in a R & B-chart of the American music magazine Billboard and in the autumn of 1980 it reached the fifth place in the pop music-list of this sheet. [4In theUnited Kingdom the single achieved the second place in the UK Singles Chart.

Stephen Marley, son of Bob Marley, made in 2003 along with his brothers Damian and Julian Marley a hiphop variant from "Master Blaster (Jammin')". [5]

In 2005, miracle "Master Blaster (Jammin')" in Philadelphia, as part of Live 8. [6]
