This is The Residents' first album; it's rather good, but it's not really for the first-time listener, which is kind of funny that it's actually the first one they put out, so there are presumably some Residents fans who started with this one. It's really rough and sort of a loose collection of recordings; it doesn't really have a concept so much, so sometimes it just sounds like a set of in-jokes and stuff, but there are some really great songs on here. I dig "Infant Tango", "Breath And Length" and "N-er-gee (Crisis Blues)", and "Rest Aria" is surprisingly pretty. - Rev. Syung Myung Me
