ReviewEdit

Collaborations can be hit or miss. This one completely shattered the target into a million tiny eargasms. Born during a doomed North American tour headlined by Anticon’s atmospheric free-rap trio Themselves (Doseone, Jel and Dax [who sadly was recently paralyzed in a Subtle tour bus accident]) and German glitch-pop pioneers, The Notwist, the newly meshed super-group collaborated effortlessly until they spit out what appears to be an amazing sound. This teaser EP features their solemn and introspective sound that is almost indescribable. It is way more grounded than most of Doseone’s stuff, and more acoustic sounding than most of The Notwist’s early music. This features two of the songs from the upcoming full length along with 2 remixes, one by fellow Anticon artists Why? & Alias and the other by Hrvastski. All four song are amazing and worth your undivided attention, considered yourself teased. Mpardaiolo
