Michael Kenji Shinoda is an American musician, rapper, singer, songwriter, artist and record producer, best known as a founder of the rock band Linkin Park alongside Rob Bourdon and Brad Delson, being served as the band's the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, keyboardist, primary songwriter and producer. In 2004, he founded a hip hop side project Fort Minor. He is also the co-founder of Machine Shop Records, a California-based record label. He is currently working as a solo artist as of Chester Bennington's death, which is on hiatus due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Mike has also said Linkin Park is on hiatus from live performances and new music for the moment.
