Angelo Joseph Garcia, born March 23rd, 1992 in Whittier, California, grew up around Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga & Rialto, California. In Late 2006, he met rapper Exampl and was soon signed to SB Records. His album STUNT was released January 1st, 2008. He currently has a total of 4 #1 hits, and his sophomore album, Day N Tha Lyfe, is due out March 25th, 2008. Indie-Rock is rock's little brother, who instead of growing up in their older sibling's shadow, decided that they did not need any help and went out to take on the world itself. The term came into use during the 80s, especially in the American underground counter-culture. While rock music continued to expand into a very materialistic and flashy trend, underground musicians began to venture out on their own forming independent labels and an aggressive DIY attitude. Up until the early 90s, indie-rock was virtually synomous with alternative. Aesop Rock (born Ian Bavitz on May 11, 1976) is an American hip-hop artist. Emerging at the forefront during the new wave of the late 1990s/2000s. Aesop initially recorded and released two self-financed records, Music for Earthworms (1997) and the Appleseed EP (1999). Aesop released his first major album, Float (2000), on the Mush label. The world's most famous unknown band, the Residents are believe to be originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. In the late 1960s moved to San Mateo, San Francisco. They've been putting out records for over 33 years, and are continuing on to this day. It is rumoured that the Residents will never die unless they break up.
