Dealing with incidents like this Edit

• First time: Warning.
• Second time: Block for 1 week.
• Third time: Block for 1 month.
• Fourth time: Block for 2 months.
• Fifth time and over (minor): Block for 3 months.
• Fifth time and over (severe): Block for indefinite.
