Song Notes: Autograph are one of the more forgotten bands of 1980s metal, glam and glam metal and all that kinda stuff, but they were actually pretty awesome. Their biggest song, "Turn Up The Radio" features the best lyric of all time by anyone. "Things go better with ROCK." A simple, profound truth. This song doesn't feature that brilliant lyric, but it's still pretty awesome. (Yes, that is "Night Teen" and not "Nineteen".) The great thing about Autograph is that they really remind me of two bands, perhaps collaborating—and that is ONE: The Tubes, particularly the Capitol-era, like say, Completion Backwards Principle and TWO: Limozeen. Y'know, from Homestar Runner. The lead singer of Autograph, Steve "Plunk" Plunkett, really, really sounds a LOT like the lead vocalist of Limozeen. Whose name I don't remember. OK, I looked it up—it's Larry Palaroncini. Check this song out. Things DO go better with rock, so here's some rock. - Rev. Syung Myung Me
