In reality this download only album is a bit of a money-spinner, and because the actual show footage has long since been freely traded amongst the fan base courtesy of Live At Rockpalast - 19/11/2005, this audio only release isn’t particularly valuable. This is especially true taking into account the nonsensical high price asked for it too.
In any event the show itself is excellent and sees an uncommon live rendition of So Called Friend which, after being left off of the Deadwing album was used as the B side to the Lazarus single. As well as being a highlight of the studio album, Open Car is excellent live too with John Wesley’s vocal contributions being especially valuable. Disk two is much the same with the excellent Trains closing out an album which should have seen tangible release.
