Shake (Johore, 26 May 1950) is a Malaysian singer who sings mainly in French . His real name is Sheikh Abdullah Bin Ahmad.
Shake dreamed up the music and European artists who heard him sing advised him to try his luck in Europe. He went first to London and then Paris. His first single " Tu sais je t'aime, You know I love you was a great success. He was the first Asian singer who sang in French. This success was the beginning of a rich career. He often came on television and his albums went like hot cakes over the counter. He stood bv. 15 weeks at the top of the Canadian charts. He was also very popular in North Africa, Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire.
