Artist: "Weird Al" Yankovic

Album: Off The Deep End

Appears On (Mixes): Robert DeNiro's Mole: The Best Of "Weird Al" Yankovic

Song Notes: A parody of Nirvana's biggest hit (at least the one I think of as their biggest hit, though they had quite a few), "Smells Like Teen Spirit" about how no one can understand Nirvana's lyrics. I think most folks know the story about how he contacted Kurt Cobain who gave his approval, and then asked if it was going to be about food. This was apparently one of Kurt Cobain's favorite songs, which is why "Weird Al" Yankovic still performs it live, since he knew Kurt Cobain loved it so much. - Rev. Syung Myung Me
