Swordfishtrombones is an album by singer-songwriter Tom Waits, released in 1983. This was the first album that Waits produced himself. Unlike his previous LP's, he no longer makes use of the piano and Orchestra composition, but now he uses unusual Instrumentation and some more abstract writing style.
