I created a new template: {{CompactTOC}}, which adds an alphanumberic table of contents to the page. I also started adding a modified version of this TOC under each heading, with a link to the top of the page. I also started listing the artists in list form, which should cut the actual length of the page almost in half.

I finished adding the {{CompactTOC}} template to the beginning of each heading, and listing the artists in list form. I also went through and simple alphabatized all the artists (i.e. copied & pasted into Excel, hit 'Sort Ascending', then copied and pasted back into the wiki). I would like to take this project under my wing if no one has any objections. I will leave this open for discussion for 30 days before i take the initiative.

Just catching up with discussions i've missed. I like what you've been doing with Artist requests, so I have no objections to you taking on this project.
