ReviewEdit

This album took a while to grow on me. I'd had it for a while and kind of liked some of the tracks on it, but what made the album click for me was seeing them live a couple months ago. This is their newest album, and it's pretty much all straight ska, which is cool, though I'm much more into their pop stuff (their pop stuff is EXQUISITE). It's also all covers, which is also a little bit of a letdown, but the arrangements are all pretty much new. I really like "You Keep Me Hanging On", which almost reminds me of a Pet Shop Boys version of that song, just with the synth bits played on a particularly impressive horn section. If you get a chance, see them live, but if that doesn't work, I don't know, put this album on your stereo, intercut each track with applause and stand up in front of your speakers. A smoke-machine is optional. - Rev. Syung Myung Me
