Song Notes: As-I-Listen Review: M. Ward sounds oddly like Frank Black's solo stuff. (I'm not sure if it's a band or a dude. I am thinking "dude".) It's pretty good, but I have that sort of uncomfortable feeling that Frank Black is better at this sort of thing (i.e. sounding a little-more-than-vaguely-like Frank Black). The main problem with sounding like Frank Black is that while I like the song, I end up thinking that I could probably be listening to Teenager of the Year instead. But I suppose if I ever get all of Frank Black's solo works and am all In Dire Need Of More, hey! (Sorta like Primus when you really need new Duck Stab-era Residents, y'know?) - Rev. Syung Myung Me
