A subsidiary label started up by Kingfisher, which ended up merging with Demon records in 1998. It was both a re-issue label as well as a new-release label, though its reissues got the bulk of the press. It was distributed by Resurgence, and had a little bit of reach on this side of the pond, but not much. It's possibly defunct, now.
